Our philosophy of service is that of quality and practicality. While our approach to management consulting is similar to that practiced by our profession, we work very hard to ensure that the consulting assignments meet the needs of the client and do so within the practical limitations of financial, organizational, physical or political constraints. Our sensitivity to these factors has resulted in workable, affordable and realizable solutions. Our ability to communicate both on a technical and functional level with junior and senior staff within an organization has contributed to maintaining our service philosophy.

We recognize that the issue identification aspect of our work is extremely important to our clients. However, it is also understood that the decision making process to agree upon the specific areas of change and/or improvement and to implement the strategic action plan is of equal importance.
